Content and reports are designed to support internal review and decision-making. They do not replace required complaint handling, post-market surveillance, CAPA, regulatory, medical, clinical, legal, or quality system processes.
What happens after you submit
After you submit an audit request, we review the product scope, regions, AI sources, and review goals. If the request appears aligned with Answer Assurance services, we prepare a focused scope for review. No testing begins until the scope, source materials, deliverables, and timing are agreed.
Helpful materials
Helpful materials may include product pages, IFUs, user manuals, labeling, approved claims, FAQs, known customer questions, chatbot transcripts, distributor pages, or region-specific product information. Public materials are enough for an initial scope discussion.
Confidentiality
Product information and submitted materials are handled as confidential business information unless they are already public. Sensitive source materials should only be shared through an agreed secure process.

Answer Assurance findings are designed to support internal review by qualified client teams. They do not replace legal, regulatory, clinical, quality, or medical judgment.
